    About Us

    As a P&C operated canteen manager, parents told me they wanted a wider sushi range than our three hand rolls. So, we expanded our range to the selection of sushi options we now offer you, made locally by professional sushi makers.

    Orders increased 7 fold from 1,000 sushi orders to over 7,500 in 2013 and parents, teachers and students love our sushi days.

    Many local canteen managers would visit and see this range but were unable to find sushi makers who were local to them and who would supply the same high standard of sushi.

    I then thought... "Why can’t all schools offer this amazingly healthy lunch option?"

    and that’s how the idea for Sushi for Schools started.
